Tradition in motion
Between solidarity, creativity and audacity, an exemplary journey
The Navarre adventure began in 2013 with a business focused on blue lobster and Normandy oysters. The range was then expanded to include scallops and edible crabs, using MSC-certified sustainable fishing practices. Today, the Navarre maritime workshop stands out for its exemplary agility and strong capacity for innovation.
Explore our history

The mark of strong tides
A Normandy coastline shaped by the tides and the Gulf Stream
Our products are born in the heart of Europe’s most powerful waters. They benefit from waters rich in phytoplankton and nutrients. A natural alchemy that sculpts an iconic marine collection:
- The oysters of Navarre: La Gamèn’, la Fine de Normandie, l’Antilope 1858, l’Henri IV, genuine iodised vintages.
- The lobster blue, true king of the seas of Normandy, iconic symbol of nobility and of power.
- Shellfish and crustaceans: scallops, crabs, lobsters, spider crabs, our splinters of waves.
Navarre, or the art of authenticity
Offering an unforgettable culinary experience
To develop our wide range of flavours and guarantee consistent organoleptic quality, our facilities combine craftsmanship and technology:
- 7 thermoregulated tanks of 60 m³, biologically filtered.
- 300 m² artisanal packing room, manual grading and careful packaging.
- Strict health controls, reconciling taste performance and animal welfare.
