In Gouville-sur-Mer, renowned as the oyster capital of Normandy, La Gamèn’ grows in waters stirred by the highest tides in Europe. It is there, in the heart of our oyster beds, that it matures and receives all the attention it deserves. Enriched by phytoplankton and nutrients from the Gulf Stream, La Gamèn’ is the untamed heir to an intense and wild maritime terroir.
18 months of expertise for a renowned oyster
Caught in our Charente-Maritime park, La Gamen’ is farmed for 12 months in the Normandy Sea using an innovative and exclusive technique. Six months of maturing strengthens the shell, concentrates the flesh and enhances its flavours.
